Can anyone tell me why paypal would not authorize a payment for items I bought on a preorder through a company? It said didn't meet their standards or whatever and reversed my payment and it has made me lose the items I was preordering
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
