What kind of dispute do i have to open if the seller refuses to cancel my payment

Hello,

I placed a payment and later realized I had made various mistakes while ordering the products so I contacted the seller and asked them to cancel my payment various times but they told me they didn't want to cancel it because they had no motivation but I had given them a good enough motivation.

I want to open a dispute but I need to know under what category I have to open it: I have not received the items yet obviously.
