I recently joined a certain website and as an option of payment i was offered pay pal, problem is i just started using pay pal and they asked me to provide a pay pal handle, i do not know what that is, what should i provide?

Maybe they mean your Paypal email address that identifies your Paypal account and is what someone needs to pay you.
