A seller on Facebook recommend we use PayPal for our transaction. I have a PayPal account and I think its verified as I have a bank account attached to it (although there doesn't seem to be any way to tell).
The total amount is around $20,000. My question is: Is this too much for a single PayPal purchase? Can I use my credit card or does the source have to be my bank account? Am I covered for the whole $20k by PayPal buyer protection if the item never arrives? There does seem to be anything that says what my max purchase limit is either.
The seller is willing to use "goods and services" but wants me to pay the fee. I'm trying to negotiate that as I think he should pay the fee.
