When you pay a seller and use paypal funded from your bank account then it goes as an echeque.

Paypal use the cheapest option of electronic and not wire transfers, which is why they credit the seller upfront normally and paypal take the wait for the echeque to process through to them to pay them back again.

Echeques go via the Automated Clearing House in 'batches' hence why its slower.

Any bank transfers will show in your online banking as you can't pay via a bank account without a direct debit mandate being set up first BUT normally only the last seller you paid will show up on that list.

hi guys! Can anyone help me get in contact with a legitimate customer representative. We currently have a case with a supplier from China that shipped us fake Electronic cigarettes. Paypal wants us to return it and it isn't allowed by any courier. And they still don't want to change what has to be done. They told us to use ups, FedEx etc. But none of them work. They all don't allow it. And still our case is closing soon. Kindly help please.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
