Hello I'm new to paypal an I've received some refunds however the card i had attached has expired and I'm having a hard time linking my bank account. What happens to my money if i can't get the issue rectified in a timely manner?
If you funded the original payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded it will automatically go back to that bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days although its normally much quicker than that, country dependent. As long as the card ACCOUNT is still open it should process through ok.
