What happens if I have no many on the bank to pay for pay after delivery

hi, just wondering what will happen if I bough an item with the pay after delivery and don't have founds in my bank account and the backup card to pay  for the items after the 14 days

Then paypal will try again a few days later and try your back up card and if no funds they will put your paypal account into negative and limit it until you pay them back again.
