After many years using both eBay and Paypal, mostly for sales (with a healthy Paypal balance), I now find that my Paypal balance is ignored (presumably accruing interest for someone), and my purchases are being taken from bank or credit card account - leaving my Paypal balance untouched. Unless this is corrected, or an acceptable excuse presented I shall be closing Paypal, and possibly eBay also!!!
