I have been trying to purchase an online course from a site that offers paypal as an option for payment. However, when I choose it and sign in my only choices for paying are my bank account or my credit card. I checked my settings and Paypal balance is my preferred method of payment so I don't understand why it is not available for me to use. Any advice would be much appreciated!
