I made an order on a PC website, to do that I put in my Paypal details, I then select my shipping options and click the button to finish my order. My card was declined, because when I put in my initial Paypal details, it was already charged (sans shipping and taxes), so it tried to charge me again for the same items i already paid for. I have recieved no emails from the website or paypal, only a sms from my bank telling me money was taken already, and another sms saying that the next payment was declined. What Am I to do here? I need a refund from Paypal
