This is just stupid, that simple things are just getting harder to do in 2018 and in site like Paypal.

I tried to do a payment using Hostgator And I am getting this error "We were unable to process your payment. Please try again later or a different payment method, or contact our support staff for assistance.", Contacted the support and he literally sent me an automated message from 2012, What an absolute joke, I've been always sure that Facebook has the worst support but now looks like we have a competition. 

You cannot just tell me that's an "Paypal internal security" problem and we cannot do anything about it, This is just stupid, this is not the solution, you're just not doing your job.

Get this fixed? According to them this is such hard thing to do in 2018 in 21th century, I've already contacted 3 of them and no one helped me, All replies was the same "Risky" transaction, It's hostgator.com not a Porn website monthly subscription.

Well, I just contacted PayPal for the 4th times today ... And guess what?

Yes, you're right PURE USELESS AUTOMATED responses, "Internal System Security That's UNCONTROLLABLE.", "Risk Transaction", "Try another payment method".

They're getting paid for automated repeated responses? OK.

this happened to me too just now and im so happy i am able to solve it right away 😊 all i did was just unlink and link again my paypal to my bank thats it! hope this helps you too 🙂 good luck
