I filed a dispute with Paypal last night for an unauthorized transaction. Today I get an email saying:
We've determined the payment(s) in question were unauthorized and have refunded the full amount.
The money will be refunded to your PayPal balance.
In my Paypal balance I see the amount that I paid for with my balance, but the rest of it I paid with credit card. When will I receive the rest? I am worried.
On the crossed out part it says the full amount without a - sign. I click on it and the reason says:
Payout of buyer spoof unauth
Then I go to my Resolution center. This is what it says:
Why does it say NA for the amount???
I click on the view button to see more details and this is what it says:
Will I get my full money back? I will call Paypal tomorrow. I am so worried.
