If you're trying to send it to someone else, you may just not have the funds to send it. This could be because money you've recieved are locket till a certain date. 

If you're trying to tranfer to your bank/card, you most likely reached the roof of what you can transfer without having your card confirmed 

If you wish to do this, simply go to walle, click the card you wish to confirm, and follow the instructions from there 🙂

I have the same problem, both my card and my bank accounts are confirmed, my funds are blocked and I don't know why. This is driving me crazy, phone support does not exist, message support is like talking to ghosts, they answer after days, it's a scam!!!
