I'm trying to pay for some goods on eBay using PayPal, I've done this on numerous occasions but when I login to PayPal via eBay it brings up the above message. I've tried doing it on my mobile (iPhone) and on Mac and getting the same issue. It looks like it's logging me in but then doesn't and won't allow me to pay.
Same exact issue here. It's been going on for me the past 3 days and I'm not able to pay for anything.
I've contacted both eBay and PayPal customer support. eBay says there are no checkout issues on their side and recommended I contact PayPal, and I'm awaiting a response from them. I'll post back here if I hear anything helpful.
