We're experiencing technical difficulties we're sorry for the inconvenience - Please Help!

I am expecting payment in exchange of my service online graphics. My paypal stated I should wait 7 days, but i waited for 9 days and counting. Additionally, i updated my transaction as "order processed", but paypal prompted "technical difficulties" for two days. Please Help.

I am sorry about your issue. Please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
