Hello everyone, for some reason I'm unable to receive or request money through PayPal. On my phone in the app, I have a notification, when I click on it, it states "We need a bit more info from you, Confirming customer identities is one of the ways we keep accounts secure. You'll only need to do this once."
Then I click on confirm your info and it prompts the following, "Go to our website, Log into your PayPal account on your computer to send us this info." I then log into PayPal on my computer and I see no such notification like I do on my phone, and I'm very confused on what is going on. Please can someone help resolve this.
