Hi I have recently set up a website with a shop. Customers put items in a cart, go to checkout, fill in their billing address and details then click the "pay with paypal" button. Then customers would key in their payment details and the transactions works fine.
However, when receiving their payment transactions, Paypal reflected "We have no postal address on file". I have checked with some customers, they made the transaction with a credit card.
If their postal addresses are "not on file" so I am not eligible for seller protection. What do I need to do to change this.
Any advice greatly appreciated, thanks.
