Every-time I try to send a payment using my paypal balance, it sends this message I don't know what the problem is I have more than enough in my account right now hoping to get this fixed
Full message: We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method.

Are the funds in your balance in the correct currency? Paypal does not convert funds in your balance DURING payment / checkout.

Secondly are the funds cleared and not pending?

Lastly have you done this...

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in the balance option.
