this message keeps appearing when i try to make a purchase: 'We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different funding source.' i have over double the amount needed for the payment in my paypal balance and it won't even let me choose whether to pay with my PayPal balance or card so im not sure as to why im having an issue

Are the funds in your balance cleared and not pending AND in the correct currency?

Have you done this? >>>


Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.
