I had made 2 purchases via ebay and another site earlier today, both went through without any issue, now the third purchase was to send payment to a vendor not via a payment link, this is the error coming up.
Any ideas? I'm based in India and using a Visa debit card, "Bank Authentication – Enter a Secure Code or OTP." Header then this below.
"We are not able to process your request. Please try again later." this part should have shown the banks page to enter my One Time Passwor (OTP) but it's not showing up, I've not used paypal for approximatly 3 years prior.
Any solution? Paypal messaging doesn't give any response so far.
