We are not able to process your payment using your Papal account at this time

Hi,

 

I made a successful purchase using Paypal, the transaction went very well.

I tried to make an other purchase, 5 minutes later, on the same website, using the same laptop, same internet ( same IP), but I received an error : 

"We aren’t able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different payment method.”

 

I tried to look for the error, some says that I need to add the website currency, but I already purchased from it.

Others said that it is due to security measures. if it is so, how can I confirm the purchase.

I tried to contact the support, no one answer on the phone and the chat bot said the customer service is unavailable.

 

Please I need your help guys.
