Was I scammed by this person?

So i was selling an account of mine and I got an email from the person buying it that he is sending me the money but I havent received anything yet. Its my first time receiving money this way on paypal.

Please help..

Hi Gergo00 and welcome, 

When you start to receive payments you need to ensure that your registered email address is confirmed. If your email address is not confirmed then you will not be able to receive payments. If you go to your "Profile" section you will be able to see if your email address is confirmed. If it is not please follow the steps there. If a payment has been sent to you, once you confirm your email address that payment should show up on your account.
