I have linked my bank account with the PayPal account but still I cannot purchase a thing!!!! Can you help me plz???

Have you confirmed the bank account after adding it?
Have you linked a back up card and confirmed it?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
