I sent a phone of to a buyer this morning around 9:30am was told by the buyer that I would receive the money instantly after he receives the tracking number 12 hours later still no sign of the money and the buyer is ignoring my messages. I have also had a email from Paypal saying that they have received the tracking number and to say the payment has been approved so when am I likely to receive the money into Paypal?
