I live in Poland. A year ago I bought tickets for a show in Berlin. I transferred the money to the seller using PayPal without setting up an account. The show was postponed and now has been cancelled. I asked the seller to refund the show which they did using the same PayPal method. I have an email confirmation of the transfer with the correct card number. I've been waiting 17 days now for the transfer to no avail. What should I do now?
