I have a Payment Request straight from Paypal and it links to the recipient's Paypal ID. I have a valid credit card attached to my PayPal account. And I cannot send the money. Over and over I'm asked to "provide payment option" (which is my recognized card)---and "Customer Service" is just an empty useless circle of fake links and dead phone numbers. A **bleep** disgrace!
