I bought tickets for a show through paypal as a guest. I did not receive confirmation or a receipt even after the transaction was finished processing in my bank account. I called customer service and the lady i spoke to said she would send me a receipt and i asked her how long it would take and she said, "only a second im working on it right now." well its been thirty minutes and no email with my receipt. Now i have to call AGAIN and wait an HOUR when this shouldn't have even been an issue in the first place. I need this receipt TODAY.
