Hi , on my recent refund via eBay sent from a seller ( because the product was faulty) they have put a small portion of money into my account and then most of it too a voucher , What does this mean ? Should I contact PayPal ? As I can’t access it and have been told the voucher can’t really be used x

Hi @Miaandrews,
I'm sorry that there's confusion about a refund from an eBay purchase. Was a coupon or voucher used to fund all or part of the original payment? If any part of it was funded by your balance or a bank or credit card, that portion would go back to the original payment method. The voucher/coupon portion would be a one-time use item and would likely not be able to be reused.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Olivia
