Why won’t my debit or credit card payment go through? Paypal says: This card cant be used for this transaction. - but i called my bank they said theres no problem to my visa debit card... Please help....
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
