Why can’t I receive payouts as Host from my appartment rent on my Visa Credit Card which is linked to my PayPal account? What should I do to make this happen? Airbnb is trying to make my payout but got denied or rejected by PayPal

Because Netherlands Antilles accounts can't receive nor withdraw. Only send or buy.
