Visa Giftcard issues

Hi so when I'm trying to buy something on pay-pal with my visa gift card i put all the necessary info and press enter. The screen says processing and keeps returning to the screen with all the info typed. The screen does not say i typed something wrong. Why does it keep doing that? i even made a new account but that didn't work

Hi @eanhuang,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues using a Visa gift card to make a purchase. Is the Visa card registered to your name and address via Visa's website? If it is not, or if it does not have that capability, it may not be able to be used on the PayPal website, and an alternate form of payment would be needed.
