I just recently upgraded my paypal account to a business account. I was trying a test payment with Virtual terminal for paypal, I got this error message "transaction refused due to risk model. please try a different card. paypal" Anyone know why this is happening, could not find anything online, same this happened when I used my wife's card
I ended up using my older paypal account that I've had for almost 10 years, works fine on that, for some reason on the new account it would give me that error
