Vendor Charged Incorrect Amt on Paypal Order

Good morning. I cannot get through to PayPal on this issue, so am looking for a contact email address. I placed an order with Wish.com and one item was supposed to be $5 (have screenshot), when I hit the submit order button, the price increased to $29 and it was automatically charged to my PayPal acct. Cannot reach Wish Customer Service, nor can I reach anyone at PayPal to make them aware of the discrepancy. I tried to "dispute" the charges but I think because the order is pending, I cannot follow that process. Does anyone have an email address for PayPal customer service where I could let them know about this? I don't want to have to wait until the items are received as I know the order is incorrect. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
