Vender wants to turn off Pay after delivery option for customers

I sell courses on line and require people to book and pay in advance to hold their spot. I can't see how to turn off the pay after deliver option for customers using PayPal to buy things from my site.  I have a business account on paypal not a personal account

I guess the best way to turn Pay After Delivery off is not require a shipping address in the PayPal checkout integration (as PayPal blocks PAD for intangible items or cross-border (non-UK PayPal accounts) transactions). Or you use the classic PayPal buttons, you can turn disable requiring shipping addresses for the courses:

Or block eChecks in the Block Payments settings as PAD requires a bank account.
