Is it just me, but my buyers eMail address is no longer visible on the payments-in record when I make an eBay sale? Why is this important you might ask?
Because when I set up an order with my courier, the courier wants to know how to keep the recipient up dated with delivery information, and without an eMail address they can't provide a full service.
Why has it gone from the payments-in record, when it is required by the couriers?
Perhaps there is a reason, but it does nothing to assist my customers in getting timely information from the couriers, or for me being able to contact my customers directly by eMail should the need ever arise.
Any ideas on this, or is it just eBay being silly again, about (perish the thought) communicating with customers using eMail. After all there is still a phone number we can use to talk to them. Oh dam, that will probably be removed now, doh!
