I read in the help me section someone asking about online transaction and using your paypal balance and the support said that when you select your payment card that it would first take the balance from your wallet and that I have to make sure my settings are set to do so which they are. I then did a purchased online, select my card then the whole amount came from the card and my balance is still in my wallet. Now I can't request to have the balance returned to my card because Paypal is international but its main features are only for US bank accounts which is the stupidest feature ever.
How do I get PayPal to fix this as I don't want the wallet balance to sit in my account. It was paid into my account so that I could use it on an online purchase which was a little more than the balance.
