Yes I'm trying to make a purchase on eBay and I have two cards on my PayPal account and I need to use both of them so I can pay the full amount how do I do that

You can't split a payment between 2 cards.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
