Just wanted to see if anyone has any experience with using Paypal for a software company based in the UAE who runs an online subscription (SaaS) model?
We are struggling to get the answers and don't want to go down the road of setting everything up and using the developer's time for it eventually not to meet our requirements.
The requirements we have are simple:
- Be able to automatically charge our customers on a recurring basis for use of our software
- Charge and collect funds in AED (UAE dirham) - no expensive FX transfers to USD in the process.
- Send to our local UAE bank account (Emirates NBD) without expensive withdrawal fees.
- Integrate with our Zoho Subscriptions tool.
This last point is why our search has been narrowed down to Paypal, because of all the integrations Zoho Subscriptions has, Paypal looks like the only one that is supported at some level in the UAE.
Does anyone who has experience with this know if what we want to achieve is possible?
