I was given an error message; "Payment Declined. Your purchase could not be completed Due to an issue with your PayPal account. Please contact PayPal Customer Support For more information or choose another payment method." Now here's where I have the issue. I have tried to call PayPal, but given that I live in Melbourne, Australia? They most defs stopped answering calls come 8pm! So I logged into PayPal from my PC. There isn't anything wrong with it from what I can see. No over due balance. No disputes. No red flags/messages/warnings. Zero. Zip. Zilch. NADA. What is going on?!? Why won't it work? App is $0.99c There is $3.98c in account. I'm frustrated that I cannot solve this till 8am!!!!
