When I purchase something in eBay which is payed via Paypal the funds are taken from my bank account even though there are sufficient funds in my Paypal balance. My Paypal balance does not seem to be reducing.
Anyone know why this is please?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
