Urgent help required ! Double charged by paypal !

Hello,

I have made 2 transactions yesterday to a merchant through paypal from my debit card.

I noticed today that the charge was taken twice. I contacted my bank, they said they can't do anything because pay pal is the middle man. I contacted the merchant, said they received only one payment, so it is good on their side. I tried contacting paypal and can not reach them at all, either through the phone, or the messages. I need urgent help as I have been left without any money !

Pay pal destroyed my life and I can not even reach them!

If you were double charged then click on the transaction in your paypal account and using the report a problem link at the bottom of the details page, report a billing error?
