Hi guys, I have sold a few small personal items on eBay, I have received pending payments for 5 of the 6 but received an email saying: “You have received a Pending credit card payment. However, to reduce credit card processing costs for accounts that do not pay fees, the ability to receive credit card payments is limited to Premier and Business accounts.” How do I do this as I can only find business accounts.
