I received $200 in unsolicited funds from an unknown user. I let it sit there, unclaimed, for a couple of weeks. Then, I requested a check, because I didn't want to expose my financial accounts. I don't use Paypal much. Shortly, threafter, he requested a refund. I couldn't find how to contact him. I'll happily refund the money - ASAP. But I gave two questions: 1. Is this a scam? 2.
