Unknown person made a transaction on my paypal account

Hi, early this morning (about exactly 1 and a half hour ago) A transaction was made by someone I don't know.

To clarify, I don't have any money in my paypal account at the moment, but I do have my debit card tied to this account.

A payment was made by someone in England, for a transportation service. (Addison Lee's Limited) (9.45GBP)

I don't know anyone from England. I don't even know what Addison Lee is until today.

I don't live in England either. I am from Thailand and still currently living in Thailand.

Any advices on possible refunds? I already froze my debit card with the bank, but I don't feel safe and I want my money back.

I am a struggling college student and I don't have a lot of money. Just a mere 9.45GBP can buy me a lot of food and drinks and I still have to pay rent on my own.

Someone please help me out

1. Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
2. Click "Report a problem”.  
3. Click “I want to report unauthorized activity”.
