Unknown payment declined

Hi!

 

Last few days I Paid with PayPal two times. Both the payments was all right, I received confirmation e-mails. Strange is, both times I received in the same time an other e-mail from PayPal:

I didn't tried to send over 2843USD. After the first transaction, when I read this e-mail, I changed my password, but after the second transaction I got the same e-mail.

First transaction was at 22th nov., second 27th nov. After the first one I wrote an e-mail to PayPal contact but still didn't received an answer.
