Unknown money

Has anyone has any unknown money put into your PayPal account from a person you don’t know? Trying to determine if this is a scam.

Sometimes people mistakenly enter an incorrect letter or send to wrong email address. You can just click "Report A problem" and let PayPal know.

Thank you. We tried a chat session as well as calling. The PayPal representatives were no help at all. In fact, we are extremely disappointed in the customer service.

Keep calling until you get a good CS agent. Not all are trained well.

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and use the 'refund' option at the bottom of that details page.
