United Arab Emirates company | Receiving payments from e-commerce shop from Europe

Hello everyone,

 

My question is - Can my Dubai company receive payments by PAYPAL from my individual customers from Europe for example: France, Germany, Italy, UK, Spain etc. 

 

For example:

 

shop1. fr - paypal payements from french customers - withdrawal to Emirates nbd account in Dubai
