Unfair resolution result

Hello I am so upset disappointed somebody hacked account of a friend paid me money in my PayPal So I transferred money to their bank account they then opened a dispute so I now have to pay £300 again. What can I do

Not sure if PayPal can get your money back, as you willingly sent the money without confirming with your friend (calling them by phone or in person) that they indeed ask you to do this for them.
