I did a bit of check on a website to see how much my order would cost. When I got to PayPal, I was charged all of the money for the item (Shipping not charged yet) for "pre-authorization". Is there anything I can do to get the money back?
I waited for a day and got my money back. I'm not sure how long it'd take in general, but I think if they see we make no progress in the order, they'll return it automatically.
