Unclaimed payment from ebay sale updated email

Customer made a purchase via ebay, i received an email saying I had an unclaimed payment. I added the new email to my paypal account and upgraded to a business account, however still no sign of the transaction. My email is correct on the listing. I have already posted the item because customer provided confirmation of payment. How can I claim the money?

Once you have added and confirmed the email address on your PayPal account the funds should be available within 24 hours.
